Basic Cloud Concepts, Essential Characteristics (On-demand self-service, Broad network access, Resource pooling, Rapid elasticity and Measured service), Service Models (SaaS, PaaS and IaaS), Deployment Models (Private cloud, Community cloud, Public cloud and Hybrid cloud) and Cloud platforms and providers. This certification program is based on NIST SP 800-145 The NIST Definition of Cloud Computing.
